Recently a Dubai based company RMTS - tracking solution provider had been in discussion to initiate a Demo of YLogApp for their devices as well as clients. The company is looking into scalable and flexible solutions for their clients.
YLogApp provides the flexibility in its application with regard to - Vehicle and Driver management, Vehicle and Device mapping, DOT E-logs, Unauthorized halts, Kms driven, mileage, exceptional reports, ETA/ETD , etc

The trial demo will start from November for couple of months to validate various scenarios.

  KSRTC Automating their Driving Institutes

Subsequent to the meeting held at Telematics Wire 2015 with Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC), we have submitted our proposal for the Automation of Driving Institutes in the state.
In the recent communication, Yusata have been given an opportunity to implement Three (03) Driving Institutes, Malavalli, Chikkamagaluru and Malur in Karnataka. The tracks will be automated with sensors and wireless technology to monitor the Tests remotely and generate Driving Test results automatically; no manual process involved in it.

All the tests will be recorded with high definition cameras and will be available to RTO department for future reference. A team of Engineer will visit all the three places in October for Site Inspection and Installation layout.

  IOCL GeoRTD Tender for Gujarat State

Indian Oil Corporation Limited is a Maha Ratna corporation of India having operations worldwide and dealing into Petrochemical business. The company have state offices across India and have undertaken a pioneering project to calculate Round Trip Distance from one Terminal to the Retail Outlets in the state.

The project aims at calculating the distance and validating three alternate routes for the Fuel tankers to undertake their journey. The organization published the Tender for the same in Gujarat State Office.
Yusata Infotech had participated in the tender online and have been admitted as one of the competent Vendor for the project. We have cleared the Technical Evaluation and been accepted by the committee.
In next week, we look forward to the financial bid evaluation and hope for the best to come to us. The financial bid will evaluate the rates provided by various vendors for the work.

  In Discussion with Dubai Trade for Telematics Solution

Yusata has been in discussion with Dubai Trade, an apex body of UAE Trade and Business over an year now to include Telematics Solution for the Transportation & Logistics Industry of UAE.

In the August month meeting with the Management of Dubai Trade, it has been resolved to commence a Demo of YLogApp, a highly sophisticated Telematics software with features like Live tracking, Ignition On/Off, remote vehicle diagnostics, Crash Detection, exceptional reporting and many more.

  Automated Driving Test for RTOs

India has taken up the challenge of making 100 smart cities in the country. The concept is a boost to the Internet of Things definition. Today, the world is moving towards connected machines and sensors based technology.
Yusata sensing the high death rate in road accidents in India which is alarming at 1,40,000 deaths in a year. In an effort to minimize the deaths, we have initiated our research to control it from the very base of it, i.e. the Driving test. Every individual on road have a driving license, still the driving behaviour is not safe.
Automated Driving Test technology will make sure the individual is licensed after following a stringent process of passing the test. The IoT based technology will have high end sensors to monitor the movement of rider during the test monitored by CCTVs and buzzers. The automated path will give result on the highly sophisticated developed algorithm, which cannot be manipulated.

Yusata Infotech is now the Authorized Reseller for Epsilon Fuel Sensor in India. Epsilon brand belongs to the leading sensor manufacturing group RCS, Ukraine. These fuel sensors are robust in nature and provide highly accurate fuel level in every situation ~ 99% accuracy.

We were in discussions and testing with Navika Electronics, a Singapore based company dealing in Manufacturing of Chipsets, GPS / GLONASS products, for using their GPS device in Indian retail market. The product has been tested successfully by Yusata Team.

During the Telematics Wire 2015 show, in a detailed discussion and plotting the future course of action. Navika Electronics and Yusata Infotech will sign an agreement to use Navi-Track device for the Indian market.
It was also agreed upon developing GPS Device with RFID sensor to monitor valuable assets / resources in the vehicle, integration with Fuel Sensors, and developing consortium partnership for bidding at tenders for mutual benefits.

The manufacturing capabilities of Navika and Solution Technology of Yusata, put together will take the GPS Tracking market to the next level of services.

  Safety and Security of Children in School Bus a major concern in Rajasthan

Children safety is a major concern in Rajasthan state, lot of parents and families are suffering with never healing pains; since school bus accidents have taken away lives of their children. There has been several minor and major incidents happened last year.

Yusata Infotech decided to bring this alarming matter in light with an initiative to spread awareness about safety and security of children travelling by school buses.
Shri. Kailash Chand Verma, District Collector of Rajsamand welcomed our initiative during a special meeting on 01 September 15 at his office. The Collector instructed his officials from District Education department to have a detailed evaluation on the process and encourage implementation of telematics solutions in the school buses across the district.

Shri. Yugal Kishore Dadhich, District Education Officer explained about the school authorities for errand on school bus safety measures, many complaints have come into notice like driver's negligent driving behavior, using unauthorized routes are major concerns from parents side.

Within each log is a record of time spent actually driving, time spent “on duty,” not driving, and time spent at rest or off duty. Even when a driver is sitting still, such as when he or she is waiting to get loaded or unloaded, the driver must record that time as being on duty.

The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) has rules regarding how long commercial drivers can work. Generally, truck drivers can work between 11 and 14 hours in a row, while passenger vehicle drivers can work between 10 and 15 hours. These drivers must have a certain amount of time off, after their shifts---usually between eight and 10 hours.
